PETFLIX Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you use petflix.site or place an order with PETFLIX. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

1. About PETFLIX

PETFLIX creates personalised pet artwork and related made-to-order products from photographs and information supplied by customers. Our products include personalised printed artwork, framed artwork, digital artwork and selected personalised gifts.

2. Orders and Personalisation

Please check the information you provide when ordering, including pet names, wording, photographs, sizes, finish and delivery details.

You confirm that you have permission to provide and use any photograph or other material you submit to us for your order.

Where we provide an artwork preview, please check it carefully. We may ask you to approve the design before production or final delivery. Once a personalised item has entered production, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

3. Product Images and Colours

We aim to represent our products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary slightly between screens and printed products.

The quality of personalised artwork also depends on the quality and suitability of the photograph supplied.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices shown on our website are in the currency displayed at checkout.

Any applicable discounts are shown on the website or applied at checkout. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown before payment is completed.

We may correct genuine pricing or listing errors and will contact you if an error affects an order you have placed.

5. Delivery

Physical products are made to order. Production and estimated delivery information is set out in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a guaranteed date with you.

Digital products are supplied electronically and no physical item is posted unless the product description expressly states otherwise.

6. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Many PETFLIX products are made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Change-of-mind cancellation rights may therefore not apply to those personalised goods once they are being created or produced.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements, the remedies available under applicable UK consumer law still apply.

7. Customer-Supplied Content

You are responsible for ensuring that photographs, names, wording and other content you provide can lawfully be used for your order.

You grant PETFLIX permission to use that material solely as reasonably necessary to create, administer and fulfil your order, provide customer support and meet our legal obligations.

We will not use a customer's personalised artwork or submitted photograph for public marketing solely because they placed an order. Any separate marketing use will require an appropriate permission or other lawful basis.

8. PETFLIX Artwork and Website Content

The PETFLIX website, branding, original layouts, graphics and original artwork created by PETFLIX remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of PETFLIX intellectual property, except that you may use the finished personalised product for your own personal, non-commercial use.

9. Website Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, introduce malicious code, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

10. Our Responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK consumer law.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for losses caused by information supplied incorrectly by the customer, except where the law provides otherwise.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time.

The terms that apply to an order are those in force when that order is placed, unless a change is required by law.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing in this section removes any right you have to bring a claim in a court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
